Recipe of the week - sticky, spicy honey cake!

This rich, dark, and sticky honey cake is spiced up with zingy spices and zesty orange, in a tribute to my late Mum's classic Rosh Hashanah ginger and golden syrup cake. Easy to make, it's a delicious way to usher in a sweet New Year. It's gooey, sticky, rich and sweet, and has a gorgeous honey flavour. I'm sure you'll love it as much as we do!
